Message from the President of the Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty
It is my great honor to assume the role of President of the Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty (JSRA).
With over 4,000 regular members, our society is one of the most influential organizations in the field of orthopedic surgery in Japan. Since its establishment as the Artificial Joint Research Group in 1971, the society has played a vital role in advancing and promoting joint arthroplasty for over 50 years. As President, I am deeply aware of the great responsibility I bear, and I am committed to further developing our society and contributing to the future of joint arthroplasty.
Under the strong leadership of my predecessor, Professor Shuichi Matsuda, our society has focused on three key initiatives: 1. Promoting research on replacement arthroplasty, 2. Educating and mentoring young orthopedic surgeons, 3. Advancing international collaboration. Thanks to these initiatives, our society has made significant progress. I will continue to build on these achievements and work alongside our members to take the society to new heights.
I am dedicated to the continued growth of the JSRA and the advancement of joint replacement treatment. I sincerely ask for the support and collaboration of all our members in this endeavor.
